The flagship README keeps the first-run rewrite from #1127. The generated Production lifecycle block no longer uses the admission blockquote wall.
Production is per qualified workflow, with an active signed, expiring, revocable admission for that exact compiled version, application, and environment. Current state stays in the live signed record.
